Sit, back straight, ankle crossed over opposite thigh. While partner gently pushes bent knee toward floor, use hip muscles to resist partner’s pressure. Hold ___ seconds. Relax, holding same position, then allow partner to push knee further toward floor. Hold ___ seconds.
